With the increasing pressure on university students’ employment. Society has put forward higher request on college students’ academic performance and overall quality. However, the problems such as the poor performance of college students’ mental fragility, learning motivation, learning efficiency have become more serious. The studies on college students’ academic performance and its influencing factors are mainly from abroad. To the contrary, the domestic empirical study on academic performance is limited in China. Most studies focus on current situation analysis and learning strategies to improve the level of learning performance. Therefore, it is important to develop more comprehensive studies on academic performance and influencing factors.Based on the empirical study related to the job performance of employees and influencing factors, combining with literature review on college students’ academic performance, the paper chooses the students’ psychological capital and perceived academic support as two factors, and explores their relationship with college students’ academic performance. The study uses four universities in Beijing with a sample of800students of different professionals. Data is collected by questionnaires on current college students’ psychological capital support and academic performance in school. By using SPSS18.0statistical software, the correlations and regressions are conducted. The main results of the study are as follows:1. Different student personal attributes not all lead to differences in psychological capital, perception of academic support, and academic performance.2. Psychological capital and academic performance has a significant positive correlation.3. Perception of academic support and academic performance has a significant positive correlation.4. Perception of academic support plays moderated role between Psychological capital and academic performance. However, it doesn’t play the same role between confidence or resilience and learning performance.Finally, according to the findings, forward several suggestions to improve the academic performance of students.
