Listening is a basic ability of human, it’s an important way to understand theobjective world, to acquire knowledge. Listening is also one of the basic literacy andqualities of human, is the necessary condition for effective interpersonal prerequisite.But the ability to listen is not innate, it needs to nurture and train. Through field surveysand access to relevant information, author founds that, low grades of students do notform a good ability of listening to the Chinese class due to various reasons,which leadsto an inefficient Chinese class. The new curriculum standards of our country(the2011Edition) shows that Chinese class needs to improve students’ chinese quality inall-around way, make students get the basic capability of daily oral communication,learn to listen, express and communicate, learn the civilized interpersonalcommunication and social interaction preliminarliy, to develop the spirit of cooperation.Thus, to train the students to possess the good listening skills plays a crucial role in theirfuture study and work.Based on the above study, this article systematically studied how to train the lowgrades of students’ good ability of listening in their Chinese class, which divides intofour parts, and sutdied with four methods: literature research method, survey researchmethod, comparative analysis method and theory and practice combining method.Chapter1is mainl about the summary of this subject. Respectively explain fromthefollowing aspects:put foward of the problem, the purpose and significance of thestudy, research status and research ideas and methods. Chapter2is talking about thestructure and syetem of litening ability of the low grades students. Respectively explainthe concept of listening, listening ability and students’ listening ability in class andrelated theory basics. Chapter3is about the survey of the low grades students’ listeningability in class(which is based on the survey of the low grades students in Chinese classof our school), and combined with previous research on the causes of students’ ability tolisten in Chinese class to analysis the factors that lead to the inefficient listening ability.The last part is Chapter4, is about the ideas the teachers should set up and the trainingstrategy of students’ listening ability, which is combined with the teaching practice.
