Carefully read through the national Ministry of Education promulgatedthe "new curriculum standard" of the primary school art education, realize theurgent need for democratic teaching content characteristics in the InnerMongolia Autonomous Region, but also learn from the successful experienceof the autonomous region of some primary school in art education, theintangible cultural heritage into the primary school art education to meet theneeds of social development "an excellent choice, meet the requirements ofthe new curriculum standard" of the primary school art education. The InnerMongolia Autonomous Region rich intangible cultural heritage is particularlysuitable for studying in Inner Mongolia primary school art class. At the sametime, the author believes that, in the development of learning of intangiblecultural heritage of Inner Mongolia primary school in art education shouldavoid blindly follow the trend, can not be separated from the basic arteducation, in order to be more places, schools, especially personal art practiceto choose point specific teachers.Combined with the teaching contents of the intangible cultural heritagein the primary school art teaching examples expressed their views andsuggestions, first select the paper-cut, calligraphy carving, engraving andother common in Inner Mongolia intangible cultural heritage teachingfeasibility analysis, and suggested that in the primary school art teachingshould be a kind of intangible cultural heritage as the main line, One principleruns through it all. in primary school six years of education, and some artbooks with teaching content, in teaching should be based on pragmatism andcultural aesthetic combination, recreation, education at the ceremony, teach inart.The paper also reviews the status of art education in Inner Mongoliaprimary school, teaching content arrangement to the basic quality of primaryschool art teachers should have set, from the fine arts curriculum area primaryschool autonomy have done a detailed analysis and research, and discussed with the teaching practice.
