In the course of reform in2001, the junior high school geometry textbook section changed greatly:geometry and graphics into space, with the number and algebra, statistics and probability, practice and integrated became the four major areas of new " compulsory mathematics curriculum standards". Space and graphics part has added graphics and transformation, transformation including translation, rotation, symmetry, etc. This shows that the geometric transformation got the attention it deserves. Geometric transformation for the students to learn plays an important role.This paper inclueds five chapters, as follows:Introduction. First describes the research background, purpose and meaning.Proposed study on the teaching of mathematics geometric transformation help for the students’Mathematics learning and the development of thinking ability. Also included current research, research methods and innovations.Summarized narrative related to the geometric transformation. First, Elaborated the origin of geometric transformation-Ireland Programme, followed by introduction the evolution of the junior high school textbooks in plane geometry transformation. This section provides the basis for the summary of the teaching strategies.The teaching strategies for Junior plane geometry transform. Based on the theoretical research of geometric transformation and educational internship experience, I summed up five-point teaching strategies:use geometric transformation to understand simple graphics; apply geometric transformations to show the Theorem proposition; apply geometric transformations demonstrated theorems proposition;use knowledge of the mathematics history to show geometric transformation; application of Multimedia Technology to show the geometric transformation. Junior plane geometry transformation in Problem Solving. To study the problem from four parts:the translation transformation, symmetry transformation, rotation transformation and integrated application. Respectively, from the perspective of teaching expounded the concept nature and classify each transformation questions, to analyze, summarize for each type of questions,concluded the scope of each type.Conclusions. By research of middle school plane geometry transformation in teaching, get five points inspiration:first, geometric transformation has a transition effects for students to learn geometry knowledg. Second, the learn of geometric transformation is help to solve problems. Third, the geometric transformation use the sport view to learn geometric, it is beneficial to students thinking flexibility and agility. Fourth, the content of geometric transformation teaching closely in touch with real life. Fifth, the combination of geometric transformation and mathematics history is closely.
