High school biology curriculum reforms implemented so far have been long years of its reform to achieve better results from a certain extent, For a long time, due to the different conditions of individual differences and living environment factors such as the existence of objective existence between students, students with learning difficulties still exist. These students in the learning process where trapped, trapped at the same time how to solve stimulate their potential, education has become an important issue for many teachers and scholars and parents of common concern.Transformation on students with learning difficulties, many educators, and scholars studied systematically from different angles, and made many important achievements. Mainly from the inherent non-intelligence factors, academic achievement attribution, the difference in terms of learning biology students with learning difficulties comparative analysis between eugenics, by the basis of the above findings and research students with learning difficulties on the theory of knowledge, and thus Poor Students analyze biological psychology, biological characteristics and summarize the reasons for the formation of underachievers.
