In the new round of basic education curriculum reform,the core accomplishment of senior high school biology is put forward as “concept of life,scientific thinking,scientific inquiry and social responsibility ? ”In the process of improving key competencies,the Standard of Biology Curriculum for Ordinary Senior High School emphasizes that the core of biology curriculum learning requires students not only to master the correlation of biology.Then enhance understanding of ecology,nature and society.Improve emotional attitudes,cultivate the spirit of inquiry,and establish a scientific view of nature and the world.It's determines that our education should not only cultivate students' intellectual factors,but also pay attention to their non-intelligent factors.Non-intelligence factors refer to psychological factors that people do not directly participate in cognitive process in intelligence activities,including needs,interests,motivation,emotion,will,character,etc.Due to the changes in the learning environment,the aggravation of academic tasks,the psychological changes in adolescence,have led some students to lack strong interest in learning,without good learning motivation,Inability to maintain stable learning emotions and feelings.At the same time,the increase in learning difficulty leads to the decline of students learning will and the appearance of give up.Biology as a discipline that studies the phenomena of life and the laws of biological activities,the classroom should arouse student's instinct to fear life,explore knowledge,stimulate student's interest in learning,strengthen student's learning willpower,and cultivate student's non-intellectual factors,which is also the key to the implementation of key competencies.In order to improve the efficiency of biology classroom teaching in senior high school,this study combines teaching examples from multiple dimensions of non-intelligence factors,and takes the four classes(classes 1,5,6 and 8)of the 2020 session of Guiyang No.1 High School as the experimental objects to carry out the cultivation and development of non-intelligence factors in order to expect to improve the efficiency of biologyclassroom teaching in senior high school.According to psychometrics,we regard the first 27% of the whole class as high group,investigate and observe its advantages in non-intelligence factors,and the second 27% of the whole classes low group,and observe the influence of non-intelligence factors on its performance through questionnaires and interviews.Through encouraging students to set up goals before class,teachers in class to change teaching mode,paying attention to students psychological changes after class and enriching extracurricular activities on campus,etc.students learning motivation and learning will are stimulated,students strong learning interest is cultivated,and full enthusiasm for learning biology is maintained.In the end,it will improve students comprehension ability,encourage students to discover the secrets of nature in person,enable students to actively realize the variability of social ecology,and help students to master more knowledge points in various ways in the study of multifarious biological curriculum knowledge.After two semesters of teaching practice research,through the monthly test results as pre-test and post-test tests,it is found that students learning motivation,interest,emotion,will and personality and other non-intellectual factors have significantly developed,Students scores have also been significantly improved,and the gap between low-group students and high-group students has been reduced.Practical analysis shows that students performance after cultivating and developing non-intellectual factors has improved students academic performance and teachers classroom teaching efficiency.This research starts from the five basic factors of non-intelligence factors,namely motivation,interest,emotion,will and characters,which are generally recognized in the academic circle.Based on the personality and psychological characteristics of teenagers combined with the learning characteristics of biology,it puts forward the cultivation strategies for non-intelligence factors of senior high school students.In order to improve the cultivation of non-intellectual factors in senior high school biology teaching,some effective modes and approaches are put forward in order to achieve that teachers in biology class not only pass on the teaching experience and dispel doubts,but also pay attention to students learning motivation,emotion,interest,will,character and other non-intellectual factors.Make biology classroom a beacon to illuminate students' growth and learning,and give full play to the positive effects of schools,classes and classrooms.Build a better platform for students' high school careers.
