At present, in the middle school of our country, the present situation that mathe-matics teacher is common part-time class adviser is widespread, and will exist for a long time. Mathematics teaching work and the class adviser works are so important, no one could be ignored, so the mathematics teacher in charge’s working pressure is very big. However, there is close relationship between mathematics teaching and the class adviser works, and each other can have a positive impact. So the mathematics teacher in charge in the work should not be two work into two parts, and should be both closely linked, merge into an organic whole:that is when the teacher works in the class adviser works can bring their own mathematics teaching level and teaching effect, in the mathematics teaching can promote the completion of tasks of the class adviser works. It will be a win-win process, to improve the effect of mathematics teacher in charge’s mathematics teaching and the class adviser works efficiency has a positive role in promoting, to a cer-tain extent, ease the mathematics teacher in charge work pressure, and it is also actively explore for mathematics teacher in charge professional development, more in line with the new curriculum reform for the need of improving teachers’quality requirements.According to the current situation of the development of the education in our coun-try, the significance of the class adviser works are more and more prominent, received widespread attention, and the present situation that mathematics teacher is common part-time class adviser will be common and exist for a long time, so for mathematics teacher in charge, it is very important to research the organic combination of mathe-matics teaching and the class adviser works. And mathematics teaching work in close contact with the class adviser works, illustrates the organic combination of both is ob-jective and feasible, and now mathematics quickly development and widely used in the field of humanities and social science, will give a combination of both provides a strong theoretical basis. This thesis mainly divided into five parts. The first part is the in-troduction, elaborated the research background and significance, analyzes the related research status at home and abroad, and the paper main research method. The second part, from two parts about the investigation and analysis of the current situation that middle school mathematics teacher is common part-time class adviser, analyzes the ne-cessity of the organic combination of mathematics teaching and the class adviser works. The third part, analyzes the middle school mathematics teacher who is common part-time class adviser will have a positive impact on the student’s mathematics learning, analyzes mathematics teaching and the class adviser works two jobs consistent require- ments for teachers’ quality, analyzes the moral education function of mathematics to contact the class adviser moral education work, and then points out the feasibility of the organic combination of both. The fourth part, according to the combination of the author itself and many a gleam of mathematics teacher in charge’s practical experi-ence, summed up the organic combination of the mathematics teaching and the teacher in charge work of some methods and feasible research direction.The fifth part, points out the mathematics teacher in charge in the research on mathematics teaching and the practice of the organic combination of the teacher in charge works that should be paid attention to in the process of part of the problem. Finally draw the conclusion: mathematics teacher in charge in the long-term education teaching practice, should ac-tively explore the link of mathematics teaching and the class adviser works, give full play to the positive interaction of the two, explore the more effective method of organic combination of both, this is not only beneficial to work, for their own work and also has important significance for the development of career, also can give other subject teachers part-time class adviser to provide practical experience for reference.
