Self-regulation learning is about learning behavior and psychological adjustment oflearners, emphasizing the students’ main body role. With the rapid development of informationtechnology and network technology, using the Internet in the field of education to carry outself-regulation learning to be the main development direction of modern education technology.For the self-regulation of learning under the network learning environment study, learningstrategy, learning ability and learning effect is received extensive attention of researchers,and learning effect is more concentrated. In order to strengthen the self-regulation learningeffect of network learning environment, it is very necessary to study the influence factors ofself-regulation learning.Task driven teaching method is based on constructivism theory, taking the student as thecenter and task driven as a way of teaching. The design of the task driven teaching method is acentral part of the task, to design a good task is the first condition of task driven teachingimplementation. In recent years, the task driven teaching method with wide application in thefield of information technology in education quickly. In the network environment, this is aproblem worthy of study that how to improve self-regulation learning efficiency through thedesign of the task.The article is consulted a large number of literature, and the affecting factors ofself-regulation learning task design research is analyzed, on the basis of the constructivismtheory, humanism theory and self-regulation learning theory, defines the concept of learningtasks, and uses the LAMS platform design of learning activity, then devises the experimentresearch methods research objectives of clarity, urgency and importance of the task bysimulation of network learning. Results show that a clear task is better than the level of themission objectives vague; Level of the pressing task is not better than the task time bounteous;Important task is better than the task level of the ordinary. After the experiment, the authorcarried out a statistical analysis with the result of the experiment data and discussion, finallybased on the design of the task and self-regulation learning relationship advice, so as toimprove the effect of self-regulation learning under the network environment.
