Research On Entrepreneurship Ethics Education Of College Student

Employment is vital to people’s livelihood, has the profound significance torealize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation "Chinese dream". At present,China’s college graduates employment pressure is huge, the party and the countryattached great importance to the employment problem, through the implementation ofvarious policies to promote employment of college students, the party’s "Eighteen"report explicitly proposed to "promote the realization of high quality employment"and higher requirements. Therefore, guiding students to change the idea ofemployment, encourage entrepreneurship, to enhance entrepreneurial skills, hasbecome the new task for the current higher colleges. However, compared with foreigndeveloped countries, entrepreneurship education in our country is still in theexploration, research stage, there is still a long way to go, especially for the studentsmoral education is generally vacancy phenomenon, has not received timely attentionto education administration and universities and attention, this situation is notconducive to improve the quality of entrepreneurship and the success rate ofentrepreneurship of college students, but also affected the social ethics and ecologicalimprovement. This paper first analyses the students moral education, the collegestudents moral content from three aspects, points out that morality is the core ofentrepreneurship, entrepreneurship education is an important part of moral education,is a good opportunity to improve the social moral environment, and provide thestudents moral education for college students to form correct entrepreneurship values,enabling students to better integrate into the innovative society and improve moralsensitivity of college students; secondly, the university students moral education isgenerally lack of in-depth analysis. At present, university students moral educationgenerally lack the understanding of education administration and universities, theimplementation of universal absence of colleges and universities, the teaching contentis empty. The main reason which is subject to the social utilitarianism, effect ofuniversity education and the administration of moral education in Colleges anduniversities from the factors; finally, in view of the current dilemma, put forwardspecific solutions, which is to establish the correct value idea, pay attention to theideal of life education of college students; the two is to set up the University Charter,establish and improve various rules and regulations; three is to reform the schooleducation, encourage entrepreneurship moral education into practice. In this paper, according to ask questions, analyze and solve problems research, as a starting point toimprove college students’ comprehensive quality and business competitiveness, on thesubject of moral education of university students’ innovative undertaking in-depth,detailed study, aims to arouse the whole society, education department and collegeattention, looking forward to improve on our university students moral educationplays a certain reference and help.
