The Research Of College Teachers’ Political Study,under Context Of Learning Society

The level of college teachers’political theory is very crucial for the political cognition cultivation of university students, as well as the development of higher education. Considering its significance, the paper try to explore current condition, problem and deficiency existed in college teachers’political learning, and try to provide some feasible, scientific and improved thought, and expect it can be of benefit to college teachers’ political study in the future, which is combining qualitative and quantitative method, based on backgrounds of learning society, and borrow ideas from field theory, Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, behaviors’ enforcement theory, cognitive conflict theory, Marxist theory of people’s overall development and the theory of ideological and political education.The conclusion can be summarized as follows:(1) under the context of learning society, in the process of college teachers’political study, we have to clearly defining university Party Committee’s responsibility in organizing political study, and choose individuals who have high academic level as Party Committee’s leader, and build a political theory preaching team with high theoretical levels and with broad theory visions.(2) Accelerating the shift of learning content, especially from political loyalty and Marxism to morality, national responsibility and current event politics.(3) Integrating the practice of teaching and scientific research, and actively utilizing internet technology to advance the methods or platforms of political study, such as network learning platform, seminar, national situation symposium, and provide financial to red tourism, so can promote the construction of life-learning organization, and reinforce interest of political learning.
