The scientifically based research of Marx and Engels adopting a historicalmaterialist approach to understanding women’s status and legitimate rightsindicates ways to female fully liberation causes. In addition, Simone deBeauvoir, widely considered as great inspiration for modern feminism, stillrepresents an essential reference for feminist studies. Her elaborationincorporated various ontological and ethical dimensions, suggesting ouractualization of the Self make us different and distinctive at the mosttranscendent of the Other. This paper is devoted to examining Beauvoir’sfeminism theory from views of Marxism. The materialistic standpoint providedby Marxist feminism enriched with civilizations from Western feminism hassignificant reference value for Beauvoir’s theory.In the writing process the author attempts to opens a systematic critique ofBeauvoir’s theory on the basis of a specifically developed macro and microanalysis. The paper mainly include four parts: PartⅠ, Introduction of WesternFeminism and Beauvoir’s Feminism Theory; PartⅡ, Specific Introduction ofBeauvoir’s Theory of the Other; PartⅢ, Theoretical Reference for Beauvoir’sFeminism from the perspective of Marxism; PartⅣ, Theoretical Guideline to Beauvoir’s Feminism from Views of Marxism and Analysis of Their CommonGround.Marxism feminism, on one hand, forms profound theoretical basis onwhich to reflect ideological orientation as both partial and fundamentally, as onthe other being with necessary to enhance its theoretical influence that functionsin our real life through drawing on positive achievement of western feminism.
