Under the new circumstances of the 21st century, basketball is toward professional, social, commercial direction, different levels of leagues, competitions have been produced. The following conclusions:(1) Most of the students before admission to the knowledge of basketball referee have a strong interest, and because they have a certain understanding, which offer courses in sports college basketball referee has laid a foundation.(2) Sports colleges mainly focus on training, Basketball Association referee referee training assisted manner, because the training time is short, more content, the lack of practical and long-term, most of the students can not be timely knowledge of basketball referee comprehensive learning system.(3) Experts and students generally considered basketball referee should offer courses in sports colleges, in the form of the most common elective open for the creation of schedule in the third semester, a total of 32 hours, a weekly lesson, a lesson 90 minutes.(4) In this study, in order to improve student basketball referee rules and referees law knowledge, the.Spot, organization and presentation ability, professional and moral qualities, basketball referee basketball-related English and other aspects of technical and tactical point of departure from the cognitive domain, skills and emotional areas of the field to face basketball referee tripartite course objectives established.(5) Basketball referee Institutes of Physical Education curriculum is divided into theoretical part and a practical part. Theoretical part includes:Basketball Rules, the rules of basketball referee method, basic conversational skills and English referee basketball terminology, organization and presentation methods, and ethical standards of the contest judges; practical part include:recording work in Taiwan, the Spot practice game organization and presentation ability, professional and moral qualities and psychological quality of training, some basketball skills and tactics and physical training.(6) In this study, the referee basketball knowledge logical order and the order of the psychological development of students on the basis of full consideration to the spiral linear combination of the rational organization of the course content.
