It has been more than 100 years since American Community College was founded, and American Community College has been undertaking the most education commission. In addition, American Community College plays a very crucial part in the America Higher Education. In the 21 st century, a number of policies has been carried out by the U.S. federal and state governments in order to advocate reforms, and to make sure that community colleges can adjust their functions in the rapidly developing era.
