The Research Of Chinese Olympic Committee Youth Camp: Current Situation, Value, And Future

The 1st Chinese Olympic Committee Youth Camp (COCYC) was officially opened at Beijing Sport University from 1st December to 7th December,2013 which invited 34 Paticipants form 12 countries and regions The theme of the COCYC is "diversity, harmony and integration" in order to provide an opportunity for the youth to learn and know with each other, spread the Olympic spirit and formote the concept of fworld peace, cooperation,development,organizers arranged a variety of activities with clear themes. Since the lst COCYC has achiieved good effecect, the Chinese Olymp[c Committee held the 2nd COCYC during 2014 Nanjing Youth Olympic dames on the basis of experience in the 1st COCYC and achieved inlmvation and breakthrough. The paper analysed and discussed the COCYC from current situation, value and future, using the method of litealure, questoonnaires. interviews, compavative analysis and mathematical statistics. The research shows that Firstly, thee two COCYC have both achieved their expected goal, while COCYC is at the early stage of its The sucess of COCYC attributed to the joint offorts of society fromall walks of life.The activity expanded the international influence of Chinese Olympic Committee in the stage of international Olympic movement,enhanced the friendly relation between Chinese Olympic Committee and other Asian countries and regions.promoted the communication and cooperation among Asian youth sports personnel.COCYC played an active role in strengthen the education and popularization of the Olympic movement,Along with the development and reform direction of International Olympic Committee,we should,take the COCYC as an opportunity,constantly enrich the content of the Olympic culture and education,do more work in propagenda,focus On building activity brand which has more social influence,and Bindlly make great contribute,to the development of Chinese Olympicc carect.
