In physical education, students often reflect:"easily understanding how to do while listening and seeing, but being wrong to do", its essence is the defects of students’ minds physical cognitive structure. Physical cognitive structure is a cognitive system of physical knowledge structure formed by the interaction with the students’ psychological structure, reflecting the storage status and physical awareness in the minds of students of physics knowledge information processing methods. Previous studies of cognitive structures, mostly ignoring the dynamic characteristics of the cognitive structure of cognitive processing, Measurement studied also just check the static characteristics of cognitive structure, does not fully reflect all information of students’cognitive structure. This study made a comprehensive and scientific survey of senior one student’s physical cognitive structure, and on this basis, discussed the teaching strategies to optimize students’ physical cognitive structure. To this end, the author made the following work:1. Through the literature research and study related theory of research, has been clear about the cognitive structure can be divided into static and dynamic cognitive structure; It is concluded that the connotation of physical cognitive structure, summarizes the basic characteristics of physical cognitive structure, characteristics and function of good physical cognitive structure, clarify the relationship between physical cognitive structure and physical knowledge structure; Analyzed the test method of cognitive structure.2. To do the test and research of the senior one student’s physical cognitive structure. The research is divided into four parts:1) Used traditional test methods, combined with specific examples to analyse some characteristics of the senior one students’ physical cognitive structure; 2)Adopt draw open concept diagram, statistical analysis the nodes, the number of propositions and the number of "node/proposition" of the concept map the subjects senior one draw, got the characteristics of static physical cognitive structure in the subjects; 3) Analysis the components of cognitive behavior, cognitive attributes in State attribute hierarchy diagram by means of cognitive process analysis method, then diagnosed the dynamic physical cognitive structure in subjects problem-solving; 4) Issued learning questionnaire, to explore the factor of affects the differences of students’physical cognitive structure.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1). The physics cognitive structure of subject student was tested lack of information storage capacity (the amount of knowledge), lower degree order of knowledge, the stability of concept is not strong, and there is a big gap compared with "experts". When the problem is solved, discernible is weak, the task is not wide adaptability.(2). There are significant differences in the amount of knowledge, ordering degree of physical cognitive structure among excellent students and poor Students. Among them, the amount of knowledge is relatively scarce, the ordering is not high, the concept of stability has not strong, and the task is not wide adaptability of physical cognitive structure in poor Students’mind. Conversely, the larger amount of knowledge, the ordering is high of physical cognitive structure, for problem solving provides a good knowledge base, has a strong identifiable, widely task adaptability.(3). From the perspective of knowledge representation, there are significant differences in conceptual diagram of nodes, the number of propositions, the number of "node/proposition" of students (static) physical cognitive structures (ie knowledge of characterization and storage of state).Excellent Students cognitive structure is more reasonable, with better logic.(4). In a view of the cognitive manner, there are obvious difference of the process under the component problem solved among the cognitive mapping, cognitive operation and cognitive monitoring. The excellent group has a upper lever in the three kinds of cognitive test to accurately anlyze and adapt the problem, to give more stable and more flexible methods of problem solving, and to form more stably dynamic cognitive structure that has more high functionality and logicality.(5). From the questionnaire analysis, whether physical cognitive structure perfect or not, is closely related to the important factors, for instance, the good learning method, cognitive strategies and meta-cognitive level.3. Based on the survey of the level of senior one students’physical cognitive structure, In the two aspects of the macro of teaching and the micro of cognitive development, discusses the corresponding teaching strategy to optimization physical cognitive structure from the four phases, such as starting point, optimize, improve, strengthen.
