This study from the non operation therapy for scoliosis with use of rehabilitation, sports anatomy, sports training and sports biomechanics, conducts the research to the mild adolescent idiopathic scoliosis patients with spinal corrective action, designed to enhance 9 kinds of asymmetry action scoliosis concave side of paraspinal muscle exercises, using multi the guide motion bioelectricity recording and analysis system of Germany of 16 leads Biovision, the signal acquisition of the EMG activity of muscle of 4 patients with scoliosis scoliosis of thoracic segments in each practice and lumbar paravertebral ratio of concave and convex, integral EMG amplitude of EMG integral calculation scoliosis concave side and convex side of the concave side and convex side of the draw, and the data was analysed with mathematical analysis, obtains the effective action for scoliosis correction, provides the reference for the scoliosis of rehabilitation treatment and prevention of future research.Study result:1.An asymmetric movement using asymmetry standing and asymmetric load can increase EMG amplitude of scoliosis concave side of the paraspinal muscles.2.For asymmetric motion, concave side of the leg standing high dumbbell shoulder press and unilateral weight-bearing prone to take up and support the concave side elbow exercises, can strengthen the myoelectric activity of spinal curvature concave side of paraspinal muscle.3.For the thoracic segment of scoliosis, back squat type barbell exercises and rowing can enhance the EMG amplitude of concave side and asymmetry unilateral weight-bearing kneeling straight arm lift have more advantage on the increase of EMG amplitude of the concave side.4.For lumbar scoliosis, standing chest drop-down(positive grip) and convex side of a single leg weight straight knee brace jump practice have significant performance on the increase of EMG amplitude of the concave side.Research conclusion:1.Based on pathological structure of idiopathic scoliosis, the nine dynamic reps are designed to enhance strength of concave side of scoliosis paraspinal muscle with an asymmetric load and asymmetric posture manner.2.Using concave side of the leg standing high dumbbell shoulder press,the convex side of the arm weight-bearing prone to take up, the convex side of the knee kneeling the booster weight-bearing with straighting the opposite side arm lift, the concave side of knee kneeling the booster with pushing the abdominal wheel and support the concave side elbow exercises can practice to enhancing the strength concave side of paraspinal muscle about thoracic and lumbar segments;Using convex side of the leg standing high dumbbell shoulder press,squating rowing the convex side of the barbell weight-bearing, the convex side of the leg standing high chest put on and the concave side of the knee kneeling the booster weight-bearing with straighting the opposite side arm lift, can effectively enhance the strength concave side of paraspinal muscle about thoracic segments;Using the concave side of the leg standing high chest drop down, the concave side of the leg standing high chest put on,convex side of a single leg weight straight knee brace jump and the convex side of knee kneeling the booster with pushing the abdominal wheel,can effectively enhance the strength concave side of paraspinal muscle about lumbar segments.3.Though long-term adherencing exercises to enhance strength of scoliosis concave side of paraspinal muscle for the purpose of the action, can effectively correct mild adolescent idiopathic scoliosis.
