Objective:The posterior hamstring muscle is a muscle group that counteracts the anterior thigh muscles.We generally believe that it is not necessary to train the hamstring muscles during exercise or exercise,but only to emphasize the strength of the ancestor muscles,and the degree of development of the anterior hamstring muscles is determined.The size of the thigh power.However,most of the thigh muscle damage occurs in the posterior hamstring muscles.Epidemiology shows that the posterior hamstring muscles are most likely to be injured during the runaway extension of the running.There are many causes of postmortem muscle muscle damage:for example,weak muscles in the posterior thigh muscles;no warm-up before exercise,or insufficient muscles due to inadequate preparation,resulting in injuries:muscle fatigue caused by excessive training high.Some studies have shown that the most important reason for straining the posterior muscles is that the strength of the thigh muscles is not balanced,and the strength of the posterior muscles tends to cause strain.The smaller the muscle strength ratios before and after the muscles,the lower the risk of strain.Therefore,the training of the posterior hamstring muscles has gained more and more attention.After consulting the literature,we learned that most of the literature on the training of the hamstring muscles at home and abroad has increased the strength of the hamstring muscles,which can not only effectively prevent the occurrence of sports injuries.It can also improve athletic performance,and the back muscle group training is often used in running projects,while there is less research on jumping projects.This experiment is to study whether postmortem muscle group training is helpful for athletes'ability to bounce,for further research and improvement.The athlete's jumping power provides more reference.Subjects:32 subjects were selected from undergraduate students of Shandong Normal University.There was no significant difference in height and weight of these32 subjects.They usually maintained a certain level of physical exercise,no post-strand muscle injury,and good health.All subjects volunteered for this experiment.Methods:training using Nordic stock muscle group training method,in order to enable participants to exercise at the same time,training using control rhythm fill time,set the JDP-2 electronic metronome rhythm 60bpm,stopwatch countdown 3 minutes That is,a set of training time is 3 minutes.During the training,two people cooperated to complete a group of training.One subject pressed another subject's footsteps for training.After one person completed,the two alternated,and the training time was the rest time.Training requirements:In the course of training,the attitude is correct,and each training is carefully completed.A complete set of Nordic stocks'back muscle training exercises are connected correctly and the action is in place.The Kistler three-dimensional force table of Germany was used to test the related indicators of the jumping force of the subjects during the experimental test,and the values were processed using Bioware software.The test uses two kinds of jumps:Counter Movement Jump?CMJ?and Sqart Jump?SJ?.Each test is performed 3 times and the average value is taken.Experimental requirements:Subjects performed preparatory activities before the test,and the experimenters informed the subjects of the essentials of action and allowed them to comprehend them.During the test,the subjects would try their best to jump.The subjects were asked to squat with their hands on the hips and knees.When they took off,vacated,and landed,both hands could not leave the body.When they squat,the thighs and the lower legs became 90°.The upper body remained experiment,the height of the Counter Movement Jump was 39.98±2.88;the height of the Sqart Jump was 36.83±2.8.After the experiment,the Counter Movement Jump and Sqart Jump were observed.The jump height values were 42.08±2.99 and 38.39±2.69,respectively.The results showed that the increase in the strength of the posterior femoral muscles can improve the subject's bounce performance.?2?Before and after the experiment,the acceleration values of the Counter Movement Jump and Sqart Jump of the subjects were14.07±1.83,14.38±1.82 and 13.81±1.29,and 13.94±1.3,respectively.There was a significant difference in acceleration before and after the experiment?P<0.05?.Experiments show that the increase in leg strength can increase the speed of take-off in an effective time.?3?Before and after the experiment,the jump values of the Counter Movement Jump and Sqart Jump of the subjects were 206.79±16.67,210.34±15.44 and 203.54±18.69 and 209.94±12.62,respectively.There was a significant difference in the impulse values before and after the experiment?P<0.05?.The relationship between impulse and bouncing force is that the higher the impulse,the better the bouncing effect[39].Impulse directly determines the bouncing effect of a person.The increase of the impulse value before and after training further validates the training of the posterior muscle group to improve bouncing.Achievements have a catalytic effect.?4?In this experiment,the power and force gradients of the subjects'forces during the take-off were also analyzed.Because these two studies were not clear in the past,they need to be further explored.Conclusions:After eight weeks of Nordic femoral muscle group training,the subjects experienced a number of related indicators of the ability to bounce,which further validated that post-stretch muscle group training can increase the athlete's ability to bounce.When training athletes not only to exercise before the group muscles but also to exercise after the stock muscle
