Employee distance training platform is established with personality-guided distance learning mode, was introduced by the lack of face-to-face training to groups of training tools. Using computer and network to realize distance education so that learners are able to learn anytime, anywhere and get learning resources and information. Remote training platform for employees of enterprises established as a corporate training in the new training method, effectively improve the problem of inadequate training in the enterprise information construction.Currently in the enterprise Informationization training, fundamental to face-to-face groups, assisted with phone support, due to the time, place, person, time and other objective reasons led to face-to-face groups cannot be held for a long time, telephone support at any time. Technical support for the construction of that information cannot effectively help to employees who need it in a timely manner. Therefore opens up new ways of training, distance training of employees for technical support anytime, anywhere.In establishing a distance training platform in the process of enterprise employees, to persist in combining theory and education, fully taking into account the pattern of self-directed learning, fully taking into account the differences of the individual needs of employees and multi-factor algorithm based on label through the data analysis to achieve individual differences demand supply, education and training resources at design time or according to individual differences based on cognitive load theory. Not simple mechanical cumulative display of education resources, will cause unnecessary burden learners. Learners learn non-consumption should be reduced, and personalized learning resources recommended for learners need, reducing the time learners find resources, efficient and complete training.Group instruction models are introduced in detail in this paper, personality-guided distance learning mode, multi-factor algorithm based on label, referring to the cognitive load theory, on its development and present situation of research and discussion on personality-guided distance learning mode applied in teaching and training in design. And personality-guided distance learning mode and multi-factor algorithm based on label distance training platform for enterprise staff design theoretical foundation, to design and implement them.Platform is divided into tabs, user information, tutorial, resource information, statistics, information, interactive communication, information alerts, user record information, user preferences, user, similarity, and similar resources, resources, resources the similarity score, data mining and analysis, recommendation module. Each module is set in order to achieve the user’s individual requirements. Platform has effectively solved the user in using the various problems encountered in business systems, significant savings in system operation, the user encounters a problem do not know how to address the waste of time, access to the user’s consistent high praise.
