The important role of community education in modern social life has been more and more concerned with the physical development of American Community Colleges since the Nordic countries the 20th century make the community education as their means to achieve the educational countries ideal. Women’s education is an important part of community education and women’s school is an important carrier to ensure women receive continuing education. This paper expounds the positive impact of different types of women’s education for their own country and sums up the successful experience of women’s school in Xiaodian district, Taiyuan. Some problems are found in the development process:(1) Women are failed to have a positive understanding about women’s school. (2) There are few teachers in Women’s school. (3)Enterprises and social organizations can not participate the training very well. (4) The government can not play its vital role effectively. (5)There are few relevant policies and regulations. Some countermeasures recommendations which are based on the results of the basis of interviews and questionnaires will be found:(1) A favorable environment should be created to stimulate women’s interest and enthusiasm in learning. (2) Social awareness should be increased by using medium like television, Internet or paper. Public resources should also be used effectively. (3) A diversified faculty should be established and teachers’ training system should be improved. (4)The government dominance should be improved by training government leaders and strengthening departments’collaboration. (5)Laws and regulations which are suitable for local women’s school should be established as soon as possible. In the background of lifelong learning, by referencing the successful experience of foreign countries, development regular patterns of Chinese community women’s school would be found to promote the participation of women in the learning society so that to enhance its social value.
