Observing children is an important professional ability of the teacher, but why do the teachers tend to observe, how to observe, observe what is not clear, the 3-6 years old children’s learning and development guide "(hereinafter referred to as" guidelines ") is a basic description of children’s learning and development, so the guide can provide the basis for teachers to observe children. This study by kindergarten teachers by observing the guide children on the theoretical analysis and discussion on the phenomenon, and the practice level of investigation and perspective, from a side to understand and grasp the current of the status quo of teachers by observing the guide children to more scientific and effective observation of children for the future teachers, objective and comprehensive education evaluation, implementing appropriate sex education teaching behavior, promote the professional growth of kindergarten teachers, and provide the reality basis.This research adopts qualitative research methods, at the beginning of the research through questionnaire and interview to understand from 12 kindergarten, a total of 12 confusion of young teachers to observe them and use the guide to observe young children’s advantage. Then the researchers into the study field in the form of non participant observation, teachers tried to combine observation and teacher interviews with children in the garden one day life for teachers to use the guide observe young children’s various strategies. The results observed from the guide as a tool, use the guide to look at the different parts and different subjects use the guide to watch three dimensions for rendering: will the guide as a tool of single use strategy instruction and dictionary, repetitive use policies with fusion type and through type; From the use of different parts of the guide includes use "guide" of the text and the spirit of the guide; From use on a single subject is divided into beginner, skilled, the use of expert teachers, double subject interactive for home use. In conclusion and reflection section, elaborate on some of the "raw material" from three dimensions to present the reasons, and researchers of various strategy named basis and limitations.Researchers used theoretical definition and case analysis in the form of the combination of present research results, to expect more clear and more intuitive for everybody in the concrete education teaching situation of present teachers how to use the guide to observe children, and strengthen the results of the study.
