Transformation of education has always been the research focus of educators. The traditional paradigm, the paradigm of Dulangkou middle school, the Flipped Classroom and the MOOC are popular teaching paradigm at present.They are also the template of teaching reform in many schools. These teaching paradigm has many advantages, but there exist many problems. It is difficult to have a teaching paradigm that can be suitable for all of the students, teachers and subjects. Due to the differences of the environment and students, many schools who completely copy others ended in beleaguered.To solve these problems, the author analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of today’s most popular paradigm in detail, and studied the key factors integration in new teaching paradigm through various theories. The results of the study can be a reference for educators.This study mainly adopted teaching practice, investigation and interview. Through the teaching practice and interview, the author detailed learn the advantages and disadvantages of various teaching paradigm, and integrated six key factors( Stimulating interest, Autonomous learning, Cooperative learning, Display expression, Summary, Practice). The author analyzed the necessity of the classroom teaching factors by pedagogy and psychology theory.Then,the author designed and carried out part of the courses in Changsha Changjun Meixihu Middle School. Based on the observation and statistics of the scale,this classes all reflected the factors. Through the students’ evaluation of the class, we known that the students are interested in the class and willing to spend more energy to study.Through the test on the knowledge, we can find that students master knowledge permanent.The research results show that the students can learn more easily and gain knowledge and skills better in event of paying attention to the key factors in the process of classroom teaching. The classroom is really efficient and full of happiness.
