Synchronized swimming is a kind of aquatic sports that comprehensively combines fitness, strength, aesthetics, dance and swimming. It is known as a highly-integrated and performing sport. Synchronized swimmers are requested to have the professional ability of all necessary skills, which needs comprehensive, systematic, long-term training to achieve.The sustainable development of competitive sports to a country mainly depends on the quality and quantity of the reserve talents on the national or local professional teams. However, the current training system and designing of training courses of synchronized swimming for the reserve talents in our country is obviously insufficient, the theory and practice are asynchronous, the training modes of swimming, dancing and art are monotonous and have certain limitations. Moreover, necessary skills are not well combined with the characteristics of the swimmers properly. This serious weakness has greatly slowed down our pace in the innovation, developments and breakthroughs in synchronized swimming in China.In this paper, we take synchronized swimming training course of Beijing Ghana sports swimming club as an example, combining with the goals and purposes for children to participate in amateur synchronized swimming training course, by setting the curriculum and teaching theory as a guide. The teaching and training theory and practice are combined as a whole.Water Cube branch of Beijing Ghana swimming club was chosen, from where 20 qualified students were selected by tests before participating in the synchronized swimming courses. These 20 students would be the experimental objects of being trained with the synchronized swimming courses, after which a result evaluation would be done. They were divided into 2 groups at random. Group A would be trained by designed synchronized swimming courses of the club, while Group B was set as a comparison. Group A was trained according to the teaching plan made from the teaching theory The objectives of each course of daily training, such as methods, technical key points, difficulties, appraisal target elements, etc, were clearly defined and formed into a teaching curriculum system. Group B was trained according to the traditional training programmes. Both groups were trained for 90 minutes each time,3 times a week,2 of which was quatic courses, mainly focusing on training of the skill of swimming, synchronized swimming special skills and physical training specially for synchronized swimming. The other one was course on land, including the practice of dance, figure, and physical training on land specially for synchronized swimming. The evaluation system will be divided into 3 parts, which are physical quality on land, in water and basic skills of synchronized swimming. Meanwhile the evaluation for students’ satisfaction on teaching quality will carry on. Based on these evaluation, the following conclustion and suggestions are made.Conclusion:1.1 Training course system of synchronized swimming club has significant improvement for amateur training of synchronized swimming for our country.1.2 Comparing with traditional training method, training effects by desinged courses of synchronized swimming club are much better.1.3 It is helpful to improve satisfaction for amateur trainees by interactive course.1.4 It is helpful for trainees to grasp basic skills faster by development of teaching aidsSuggestions:2.1 To fasten the development of trainer resources of synchronized swimming2.2 To build up basic principles of course system for synchronized swimming clubs.
