This essay makes the comparative analysis of the three-point jump shooting electromyography and the analysis of the three-point jump shooting comparative kinematics in the defense case and no defense cases. Trying to test and make comparative analysis of the technique of three point jump shooting of 12 athletes from Beijing Team of The ninth Universiade Men’basketball, excavate the difference of three points jump shooting technology step and jump step dynamics,and the height of center of gravity.times in each stage of the jump and the Joint angular velocity.characteristics and principle of sports biomechanics such as RMS、IEMG etc.Reasonable evaluation on athlete three point jump shooting action, provide theoretical references for the training and evaluation of three points jump shooting technique, so as to understand the three points jump shooting technique correctly, improve the efficiency of exercise of three point jump shooting techniques, and make a contribution to improving the level of basketball.In this study, Two domestic high-speed camera have been synchroned with Noraxon EMG test system, the two cameras are fixed on the basketball field line,the camera axis aimed at basketball front zone, two direction of left front and right front are screening the Free throws and the three points jump shooting synchronously, the angle between the axis of the two cameras is about 120 deg.. Shooting speed has been setted to 100 pieces/s, minimum exactly time of image has been setted to 0.01s. the American APAS 3D image analysis system has been Used to analysis,at the same time Noraxon EMG analysis software has been used to analysis,to obtain the three times data of getting three points jump shooting from each athlete.analyze the original data by statistical method.Compare the Free throws of students of Beijing and The original data of jump shooting whether it was interference or not.In addition, kistle Force platform has been used to test the data when the 12 athletes succeed in getting the three points jump shooting by step or jump step, a comparative analysis is made by using the HRsoft-Bio-V1.15 collection.Through the statistics and analysis of the measured data of athletes, we can draw the following conclusion:(1)Obtained by mathematical modeling:in free throws, the minimum speed is 6.95m/s-7.11 m/s, the best throwing angle is between 49 degrees and 51 degrees. In three point shooting, the minimum speed is 7.56 m/s-7.6 m/s, the best throwing angle is between 36 degrees and 40 degrees.(2)Obtained through dynamics analysis:it is faster when step the three points jump shooting, its anti-interference ability is strong. Skip step three points jump shooting makes athletes buffer more fully,it is conducive to the stability of the action, so skip step three point shooting is more conducive to play a role in the fast break, Preemptive attack.(3)Through the kinematics analysis:it spends the longest time during the stage of taking off basketball and jump, The flight phase take second place, shooting is the shortest; three points jump shooting with high center of gravity when it is started;During the three point shooting test comparison process in interference and no interference, found hip joint preferred upward during the take-off stage, after that is knee and ankle joint; It is founded in case of being disturbed, the ankle, knee, hip forced upward together.(4)Through the muscle electrical analysis:When the three point jump shooting has been interference, Muscle activity duration of Flexor carpi ulnaris, extensor carpi ulnaris muscle, biceps, triceps, femoral head four muscle has growed, EMG activity intensity has Increased. During the comparation of three points jump shooting of interference and no interference,it is founded that upper limb flexor carpi ulnaris and femoral rectus has obvious change.
