Objectives:the subjects were four groups of different intervention experiment was carried out respectively, were observed before and after test the change of the quadriceps muscle power, analysis of the upper extremity pressure and resistance training combined with electrical stimulation of lower extremities quadriceps whether can affect the quadriceps muscle power, discuss whether it has the remote effect of significantly,In order to provide new ideas and methods for the rehabilitation of patients with intact upper limbs in the future, people who do not like sports and those who do not suffer from nerve injury can not stand or exercise for a long time. Methods: A total of 36 normal males with poor lower limb strength and inactivity were randomly divided into four groups.(CON:quadriceps femoris intervention with electrical stimulation alone;RT: non-pressurized but anti-resistance training of upper limbs combined with electrical stimulation of quadriceps femoris, referred to as anti-resistance training group;BFR: simply pressurized upper limbs combined with electrical stimulation of quadriceps femoris, referred to as simply pressurized group;BFRT: pressure and resistance training combined with electric stimulation of quadriceps femoris),10 times of intervention for a period of two weeks, and necessary experimental tests were conducted on subjects before and after. These include isokinetic muscle strength tests, blood biochemical tests, and thigh circumference and basic physical fitness tests.Relative peak force distance of 60°/ sec, endurance ratio of 180°/sec.Biochemical indicators UREA,CK,GH,testosterone,Cortisol,IL-6,Insulin.Results:1.Basic indicators(1)Limb circumference: comparison results in the group showed that only the upper and lower limbs of BFRT increased significantly before and after the experiment(P < 0.05),CON decreased significantly in both upper and lower limbs(P <0.05),and BFR decreased significantly in only the lower limbs(P < 0.05).The comparison between the groups showed that there was no significant difference in the circumference of the upper and lower limbs between the groups after intervention(P >0.05).(2)Muscle content in body composition: the results of intra-group comparison and inter-group comparison were completely consistent with the changes in limb circumference.2.Blood biochemical indicators:comparison results within the group showed that(1)UREA: there was no significant difference before and after the test.(2)CK : there was no significantchange before and after each group.(3)GH : there was a significant increase in BFRT before and after the intervention(P < 0.05).(4)Cortisol was significantly decreased in BFRT(P < 0.01),and there was no significant difference among other groups.(5)Testosterone: there was no significant change before and after each group.(6)IL-6:only BFRT showed significant changes before and after the intervention, with BFRT significantly increased(P < 0.05).(7)Insulin: there was no significant change in CON before and after the intervention in each experimental group, and there was a significant decrease in the other three groups(P < 0.05).The results showed that the secretion of GH and il-6 after BFRT intervention was significantly higher than that of other groups(P <0.05),and the secretion of Cortisol was significantly lower than that of other groups(P <0.05),and there was no significant difference between the other groups.3.Isokaric index(1)Comparison results in the 60°/ sec relative peak force distance group showed that PT/BW of extensor knee muscles on the left and right sides of BFRT significantly increased(P <0.05)and CON extensor PT/BW significantly decreased(P < 0.01),while no significant changes were observed in the rest of the group.Comparison results showed that PT/BW of extensor muscles of the knee joint of BFRT after intervention was significantly higher than that of other groups(P < 0.05).(2)Results in the 180°/ sec endurance ratiogroup showed that the ER of the extensor muscles on the left and right sides of the knee joint of BFRT and RT were significantly increased(P < 0.05),and there was no significant change in BFR and CON.The comparison results between the groups showed that the ER of the extensor muscles of the knee joint was significantly higher than that of the other groups after the intervention(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Blood flow resistance training of upper limbs combined with electrical stimulation of quadriceps femoris can significantly increase muscle circumference, enhance muscle strength and improve muscle endurance,It suggests the existence of remote migration.2.Blood flow resistance training combined with electrical stimulation of quadriceps femoris can increase the concentration of GH and il-6,indicating the presence of systemic hormonal response.3.Resistance training combined with electrical stimulation of quadriceps femoris can significantly improve the muscle endurance of quadriceps femoris.
