At same time, according to requirements and the orientation of the policy in developing sports postgraduate, analyze the actuality that the teaching of specialized courses, research training, practice, tutors’ instruction and dissertation during the cultivating process of master post-graduate in football in Bei Jing Sports University. To find and identify dominant factors and social problem which affect the quality. Hope that the research can push the quality improvement in cultivating process of master post-graduate in football and improving the personnel training system.The object of this research is the current situation, process and features of the cultivating full-time master post-graduate in football in Bei Jing Sports University. The methods of documentary, survey, interviews with expert and mathematical statistics are used in the paper.The survey respondents include, from 2009 to 2014 graduates in football direction, all the football post-graduates in reading, supervisor of postgraduate in football direction and post-graduate relevant departments. The results are as follows:1. The actuality of specialized education of master post-graduate in football in Bei Jing Sports University and issues manifest as:(1)The amount of time in specialized courses do not meet the student needs. There is a lack of involvements with outside experts. The selected reference materials has a relatively slow update rate. (2)It’s relatively free in choosing practice opportunity for students. The of The number and variety in providing practicing opportunity. (3)There is a lack of the amount of scientific research training from teaching-research office and tutors. The utilization ratio of internal scientific research resources is low. (4)The postgraduate tutor level have obvious advantages and guiding amount is reasonable. The communication frequency between students and tutors is low, especially in graduate destination and supervision.2. The career path of graduates survey of football master post-graduate in Bei Jing Sports University:(1)The college sports teacher is the first choice for most of the students’ expectation, the second is staff in professional football club. (2) From graduates information feedback, The professional training is useful for most of students. At the same time, most of graduates mentioned about the useful of professional certificates.3. The reform suggestion for specialized cultivating of football:(1) It’s needed that enforce strictly with complementary study curriculum system. Add some personalized class projects and teaching amount. Introduce new materials national and abroad. Enrich in instructors structure. (2) To strengthen the interflows and cooperation with employers, especially in cooperation with professional football club. To improve proportions of teaching practice in school.
