Research Of College Students’ Honest Education

College students’ honesty education is not only an important part of college students’ ideological and political education in colleges and universities,but also an integral guarantee of college students’ growth and success. How to strengthen and improve college students’ honesty education has been a realistic problem we try to research and practice.Historically, as a citizen’s personal code of conduct and the basic principles to control the state, integrity has been the traditional Chinese virtue. In the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the core socialist values for the first time with patriotism, dedication, integrity and friendship in the level of citizens. In this background,leading the integrity education of college students by the core socialist values and the Confucian view of integrity and exploring the countermeasures on college integrity education has great significance on establishing a sense of integrity is of great significance.Based on the core core socialist values,in order to conduct the college students’ integrity education based on the theory and exercise,the paper dug into the basic theory and guiding functions of the core socialist values and the Confucian view of integrity,and also discussed the specific measures, basic principles and the main way about college integrity education.The main part of this paper consists of three parts, as follows:The first part :definite the related concepts of college integrity education.Firstly, starting from the history of integrity,the integrity of the development process by combing the development of Chinese ancient honest thoughts,now the country attaches great importance to the integrity of civic education and has introduced a number of policy and system encouraging citizens to be honest.It summarizes that :regardless of the development and progress of the times, human society needs integrity at any time and social integrity is always people’s goal to pursuit.Secondly,the meaning of integrity education and college students’ honesty education are expounded.integrity education is divided into broad sense and narrow senseThe credibility of this article refers to general education,including school education, self education, family education and social education.Finally, the peper analyze the importance of strengthening college students’ integrity education.The paper points out that education is the practice of integrity inherent requirements of the core socialist values, it is an important part of the ideological and political education,it is an integral guarantee of college students’ growth and success and the current lack of social integrity enhanced the urgency of honesty education.The second part:Analyze the current situation of college students’ credibility.Firstly,judge the overrall situation of college students’ credibility.By searching the literature,collecting Internet data, life observation and actual contact,the paper found that :While the overall situation of college students’ integrity is good, the situation of lack of integrity is relatively grim.Secondly, analyze the five concrete manifestation of the lack of integrity :study for examination, interpersonal communication, job employment, love and marriage,network space.The lack of credibility not only affects the cultivation of thet core socialis values, but also affect their growth and success.Finally, analyze the reasons for the lack of integrity of college students:From the individual level, it is due to the lack of their literacy;from the family level, it is attributed to the influence of family environment and from the aspect of colleges and universities, it is the result of the integrity education work defects.The third part:Put forward the countermeasures for the honesty education of college students.According to the core socialist values and the Confucian Honesty views,under the guidance of the theory,the peper summed up the basic principles of credit education of college students: the main principle, overall principle, progressive principle, effective principle, all-round principle.Combining the theory and the reasons of credit default, it conclused t the main way to strengthen and improve the integrity of education of college students.One is to promote college students to enhance internal organs and improve the ideological cultivation.The second is to establish the linkage mechanism of family and school, giving full play to the function of family education.Finally, the integration of resources of moral education in colleges and universities and establishing and perfecting the relevant supporting systems have great significance.Specifically, on a personal level, college students should strengthen their self-cultivation and self management,establish the concept of collectivism value; establish the correct "three-values" and strengthen the sense of integrity.Within the family,parents should play a leading role,create a good family atmosphere with emotion advantage and change the traditional ideas.In terms of universities,they are supposed to pay more attention to college credit education,strengthen the construction of college counselor team.Also,organizing integrity-related cultural activities,createing a good atmosphere of integrity in campus are necessary.Establishing evaluation system, reward and punishment system about incredit, integrity educational differentiation and archives system of college students’ credit are integrant as well.What’s more,the functional department should form a linkage mechanism through the concerted efforts.
