The Core Socialist Values is the "Greatest Common Divisor" of interests that1.3billion people own,and it is "The Spirit Torch "that leads The Chinese people do construction of socialist modernization.Integrity is the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation,and Integrity become the basic content of The core values in the eighteenth meeting of Chinese Communist Party.Integrity and The core values have the close relation.However,the Indifference of Integrity occurs in social life,which weaken Government credit, Business credit, Social credit, Ecological credit, Judicial integrity. The College Students’Indifference of Integrity is a significant problem which is opposite for The Core Socialist Values.Solving College Students’ Indifference of Integrity is a great project of The Core Socialist Values’ construction. It is the needs of college students’growth as well as be a useful person,of training and practicing the Socialist Core Values,of socialist spiritual civilization construction, of building a harmonious socialist society.We try to see the College Students’Indifference of Integrity clearly from the perspective of Personal morality, Professional ethics, Family virtues and Social morality called "One System of The Four Morality".And we can comprehensively realize the root of College Students’Indifference of Integrity by analysis of the internal cause and external cause.Some negative factors in the traditional culture, the negative influence of social environment,the weaken concept of good faith education,the lack of credit system and unsound,and Public opinion direction error boot are the external causes.
