Labor relations are the basic social relations in social life. With the changing of global production mode, there is a form of social relations are derived constantly towards diversification, a variety of new ways of employment are emerging, such as temporary porters, various employment forms tutor, rural service train chefs, these labor way is not protected by "labor Law", but there is no clear legal provisions to regulate the employment of contradictions, especially for workers hurt by the provisions of law applicable to the work and the issue of compensation fuzzy, so that our le gal system is facing unprecedented challenges.
