The Issue Research For Cultural Quality Education Of College Student In China

Since 1980 s, most countries, especially developed countries, have release laws, regulations to promote and ensure the reform of higher education in their countries. Most developed countries pay more attention to strengthening general education to make students have a good study of their major as well as humanities, social science and natural sciences. It has been twenty years that China formally proposed college students’ cultural quality education in 1994. During the time, the culture of quality education of university students from a proposal to pilot, from the extended to the popularity has gone through four stages of development, which is different one showing different characteristics. after about twenty years of exploration, promotion and creative work, we have made great achievement in culture quality education and made in popular with students. Culture has played a vital role in teaching reform, course system construction, campus cultural atmosphere, social practice and the change of educational idea and talent-training model. Meanwhile, many problems came out on the period of cultural quality education. Besides, how to deepen cultural quality education is worth researching in the future.Maturing modern society tends personnel requirements for scientific and humane. Contemporary society is not just college students need to have some expertise accumulated more the value inherent cultural qualities of the individual. These individuals can reflect the intrinsic qualities of soft power will be when selecting personnel focused on social considerations. Young students in the learning process expertise, only the first "person" with a flick of the apostrophe to explain clearly to enrich within, in order to have long-term development.Improve the cultural quality of education for the future development of the young students of great significance. For the moment it is in transition, students, scientific and cultural quality of education and cultured help to enhance the quality of students ’personality can help improve students’ inherent virtue to help increase student confidence in life. Flexibility to cultural quality education into students’ professional education, the system allows students to master scientific knowledge while enhancing humanities. Strengthening College Students’ Cultural Quality Education, is the need for new comprehensive development environment servant; is gradually civilized society needs; are increasingly powerful country needs. As a building society in the future backbone of the current college students should be held to rigorous learning attitude, peace of mind, the idea of progress, pragmatic style ready, toward the direction of the comprehensive development of hard work.This paper consists of six chapters.
