The Research Of College Student Community And College Student Comprehensive Quality Development

Recently, as the diathesis education and the plan of developing college students’quality has been implemented by Chinese Communist Youth League, the college studentcommunities appeared and developed rapidly, which were the important port of “secondclass” and the beauty landscape in campus. As the main members of college studentcommunities of college students, they that would be the builders and successor of thesocialist modernization should learn the foundation knowledge and improve their owncomprehensive qualities constantly. The college student communities, which should be animportant carrier of diathesis education, played an important role in the progress. But, thereare many problems in community development at present, such as the university leaderscan not realize of the important role of student associations, the construction of studentassociations in colleges and universities support is not enough. These problems have led tothe construction of student associations can’t get enough attention of the school, thecollege students’ quality development is also affected. So, the way of building collegestudent community was a common problem to educators in universities.Based on the above problems, the paper according to the new characteristics of thestudents in the new era, and that related theories of philosophy, pedagogic, managementand has used the methods of literature material, research and individual interviews, made adeep dialectical research on college student community and college student’comprehensive quality development from the view of Marxist dialectical. Based on theanalysis on the developing history of college student communities and college students’integrated qualities education, the paper researched the dialectical relationship betweencollege student community and college students’ integrated qualities development. Byresearching on the actualities of the college student communities and interviewing withmany college students, the paper analysised the existing problem of them deeply. Basedon the analysis aboving, the paper provided five solutions such as insighting into the bodyof the student community and its needs，strengthening the scientific orientation of studentclubs, improving management systems of the student clubs, deepening the culturalconnotation of student clubs and enhancing sustainable development of student clubs. Wehope the five solutions would solve the problems, and improve college students’integratedqualities, which made the students become really talents.
