Education is the fundament for a nation’s development. High-quality education becomes common pursuit of modern society, and the key to improve the quality of education is teacher. Teachers’ growth and their professional level is closely related to the quality of education. Teachers’ growth is rising in the process of teaching practice, teachers’ professional development is dependent on teaching practice, teaching practice is not only the realistic way to teachers’ professional growth, and it also is the direct impetus to the development of teachers’ professional, it directly reflects the intrinsic demand and the development vision of teachers’ professional development.In the real teaching practice, micro-courses teaching research and teachers’ professional development are closely linked, they mutually promoted and blended to each other. The micro-courses teaching research requires teachers have a certain professional level, at the same time, it can improve teachers’ professional abilities in actual teaching practice. This research starts from practice of micro-courses teaching research, analyzes the necessity and characteristics of micro-courses teaching research in promoting teachers’ professional development, and the internal logic relationship between them, then illustrates the process and performance of micro-courses teaching research in promoting teachers’ professional development. Finally, through classroom observation and interviews, to analyze the problems which exist in the process of teachers’ professional development base in micro-courses, and try to put forward corresponding countermeasures.This thesis selects the Chongqing JuKui Middle School as the research base, with five teachers there as the research objects. Based on the illustration and analysis of micro-courses teaching research and teachers’ professional development, through literature review, interviews, classroom observation and a series of research, discussing the related problems of teachers’ professional development which based on the micro-courses teaching research and related issues.The thesis mainly is divided into five main parts:Part one, Introduction. This part mainly explains the research reason, clarifies the research status of micro-courses teaching research and teachers’ professional development. Making analysis and integration of micro-courses teaching research and teachers’ professional development, then analyzes the relationship between each other. On the basis of literature review, this study defines core concepts of micro-courses teaching research and teachers’ professional development, summarizes the research’s purpose and significance, and introduces the related research ideas and methods.Part two, studying on the relationship between micro-courses teaching research and teachers’ professional development. First of all, explain the necessity of micro-courses teaching research to promote teachers’ professional development, and on this basis, analyze the characteristics of teachers’ professional development which focus on micro-courses teaching research, finally, discuss the internal logic between them.Part three, studying the process of micro-courses teaching research to promote teachers’ professional development. Through studying the relevant literature about the micro-courses teaching research to promote teachers’ professional development, and summarizing the typical micro-courses teaching research model, then the process of micro-courses teaching research to promote teachers’ professional development will be analyzed from the theoretical perspective.Part four, empirical study about micro-courses teaching research to promote teachers’ professional development. Through analyzing the interview and cases of classroom teaching, making a brief summary of the process which micro-courses teaching research in promoting teachers’ professional development, and interpreting the result of micro-courses teaching research in promoting teachers’ professional development.Part five, confusion and countermeasures of micro-courses teaching research in promoting teachers’ professional development. Through analyzing the existing problems in the process of teachers’ professional development with micro-courses teaching research as the core, exploring ways to promote the teacher professional development based on micro-courses teaching research.
