College Students’ Ideological And Political Education From The Perspective Of People’s Self Shaping

The problem of human has been widespread concern in the theoretical circle and real life, of course also to the subject and object of modern ideological and political education of college students must face the problem. The characteristics of people in the biology of "deficiency" or "not specific" illustrate that people is the existence of "not specified", also constitute the plasticity and possibilities of people, and provide a broad space for the survival and development of human. College students are the future of the nation and the hope of the country, especially in the comprehensive national strength around the talent competition, their self shaping ability and self developing condition decide the development features and the direction of future development of the country. However, the traditional ideological and political education of college students see the plasticity of the human in the education at the same time, also only focus on the external force to the person’s shape, neglect the self shape of human. At present, the college students’ Ideological and political education effectiveness is low, and their morality exist a variety of problems. All of these problems urgently need to wake up college students’ self fashioning consciousness, strengthen college students’ self shaping ability, in order to promote the development of modern ideological and political education of college students and the continuous improvement of people’s moral.This article from the biology, psychology, sociology, anthropology and other multiple perspectives, especially from the perspective of humanism on the ideological and political education of college students, examines the problems and the reasons of self shaping in college students’ ideological and political education in current multidimensionally, and in order to improve the practical effect of ideological and political education of college students. So in order to achieve the above objectives, this paper uses the following research methods:(1) The method of literature research, in the process of the research, based on the problems associated with a large number of literature data retrieval research, so as to grasp the research front in the field.(2) Combination of multiple subjects, this article will study about discipline methods, especially the study of integration method of moral psychology and humanism of Marxism, and to overcome the blind spots and the shortcomings of the single research perspective and research methods.(3) Analysis of induction, in the concrete research process, each research question is trying to seize the characteristics of hidden deep under the surface, and reveal its essence combined with the analysis of the characteristic of the research object, on this base to summary the comprehensive and draw the conclusion.The full text consists of three parts. The first part, first of all, systematically elaborate the general theory of human self shaping. From the analysis of the concept of human self shaping, it reveals the essence of human self shaping; and explore the theoretical basis of human self shaping, and on the premise of biology, it has a thorough analysis on the human self shaping from the perspective of psychology, sociology, humanism,and so on; it also investigate the value of human self shaping in the effect of college students’ ideological and political education, and deepen the functional understanding of human self shaping.The second part analyzes the problems and the reasons of self shaping of Ideological and political education of college students at present. The traditional mode of Ideological and political education lead to that college students have many problems in their self shaping: the consciousness of self shaping is weak, the ability of self shaping is poor, the self evaluation is not objective, and the self adjustment ability needs to be improved. These problems have seriously affected the college students to improve their moral quality and all-round development of them-self. Analysis on the causes of these problems from the angle of reality can be seen: personal ability and the psychological state of college students, the disadvantages of college ideological and political education, complex network environment and the conflict of value concept in the background of multicultural agitation, all of above have different effects on college students’ ideological and political education to awake the consciousness of self shaping and improve the ability of self shaping.The third part makes a thorough inquiry and comprehensive analysis on the countermeasures to improve the actual effect of college students’ ideological and political education in the perspective of human self shaping. The effectiveness of the problem is a problem that urgently need to solve of the current ideological and political education of college students. Both integrate the internal factors that is conducive to college students’ self shaping, strengthen subject consciousness, and expand the path of self shaping; and create a favorable external conditions of college students’ self shaping, improve the management of college ideological and political education, and optimize the environment of ideological and political education; further in the process of practical training, guide college students to actively participate in social practice, to strengthen the psychological experience, in order to realize the leap from internalization to externalization of college students’ ideological and moral.
