A Research Of Conformist Mentality’s Influence To The Ideological And Political Education Of College Student

The conformist mentality is a common social psychological phenomena, this phenomenon also widely exists in college students. Under the pressure and influence of environment of campus, classes, dormitory students, villagers, community members and other local groups of pressure and influence, in order to adapt to the environment and society, university students will be at will, emotion, cognition, behavior and population gradually converge. This kind of psychological behavior can not only lead to the individual in the group to avoid harm to self-protection into the environment, also can make the individual in the population pressure loss of personality. Rise to the thought level, students of this conformity phenomenon may have certain effect on a correct world outlook on life and values formation, but also result in college students’ ideological confusion, and even lead to a negative impact. As the ideological and political education researchers and practitioners, we must be on the herd behavior of college students and ideological and political education relationship, mechanism of action, herd behavior for college students’ ideological and political education to bring the negative influence and positive role in promoting and in-depth analysis and study, so as to enhance the pertinence of ideological and political education and actual effect, to promote the university student thought political education work development.Around the herd mentality of college students’ ideological and political education influence on this subject, this paper mainly states from the following several aspects:The first part is introduction. The current academic research on college students’ psychology of conformity is relatively mature, involves students from psychological manifestations, causes, effects, measures and other aspects, and on the university students’ psychology of conformity to thought political education influence aspect research are few, so in this paper, the study is not only in the theory of ideological and political education on the development of a kind of exploration of ideological and political education of college students, but also a try of practice.The second part is questionnaire survey of college students’conformist mentality. The third part is an analysis about questionnaire survey. Herd mentality of college students’ideological and political education brings negative effect, causes the student individualism hedonism thought grows, encourage students to flood, induces the student to sectarian ideas spread, resulting in the students’ ideal and faith faded.The fifth part is the use of herd mentality work in the new era of ideological and political education of college students. In conformity to the university student thought political education influence, in the new historical conditions, we should vigorously through the development of civilization of the campus culture, strengthen students’ positive affect and influence, strengthen students’ class and dormitory management, build ahead of the class and dormitory culture, students do a good job in the" transfer" help""leading" in students’ work, set a good example, students bring into full play the role of formal and informal groups, inspire positive herd behavior generation measures, improve the ideological and political education the effectiveness of activities, continue to strengthen the ideological and political education of College students.
