One of the distinctive features of modern basketball movement is the fierce confrontation and battle has become increasingly fierce. Modern basketball game in high speed and high strength with physical confrontation, thus to basketball player physical ability put forward higher requirements. Basketball fitness training specific role in fully develop physical quality, ensure that organisms adapt to the requirements of heavy load training and competition to master the complex, advanced technology and tactics, injury prevention, extend the life of the movement. The xingtai youth men’s basketball performance has been faltering, in later period of the game cannot effectively play their technology and tactics level, the lack of physical fitness level has become the team to high levels of development of a stumbling block. This topic mainly USES the literature material law, questionnaire survey method, interview method, mathematical statistics and other research methods, aiming at xingtai youth men’s basketball physical training present situation launches the research, the purpose is to find xingtai youth men’s basketball team in the physical training of the problems, and puts forward related Suggestions.Research conclusions are as follows:1. Coaches should consciously cultivate good volition and character of athletes, improve the enthusiasm of team training.5.
