Young basketball players are the reserve talents of the Chinese men's basketball team and women basketball team.The youth period is the key stage of the basketball players' development of physical ability and technology.In the youth period,the physical ability and technology of the basketball players can be developed to lay the foundation for the further improvement of the overall competitive level of the athletes.In the athlete's competitive ability,physical ability is the basis of playing all the skills and tactics.Mastering and applying technology is the key to winning the enemy.To ensure the coordinated development of the physical energy and technology of the young men's basketball players,the overall competitive ability of the athletes can be improved.The manual of test and evaluation of basketball players' skills and physical fitness issued by the Chinese Basketball Association is a test and evaluation standard for the physical and technical level of the basketball players.The test results can reflect the physical and technical level of the basketball players.This paper is based on the physical and technical test data of the winter training of the National Men's basketball team,which is organized by the national sports administration center of the State Sports Administration.The literature is used to consult the relevant literature of the young men's basketball theory,and the 2016 winter training test of 9 young men's basketball teams is measured by using the mathematical statistics method and using the data analysis software such as EXCEL and SPSS 21.The test results were quantitatively analyzed to find out the differences between Shandong team and other teams in terms of physical and technical level and find out the problems.The problem was demonstrated by expert interview method,and the corresponding Gao Celve was put forward in view of the problems affecting the physical ability and technology of the young men's basketball in Shandong.Through the analysis,the following conclusions are drawn.1.Shandong team was excellent in heavy squatting;the performance of special speed endurance was in the middle level;the high performance in the first step was in the middle level;the weight bearing horizontal push was poor.2.The Shandong team's intensity of shooting is on the middle level;the defensive footsteps are in the middle level;the integrated dribble breaks through the slam and stops the ball to break the basket.3.Shandong team has a positive correlation linear relationship between high and defensive steps,heavy horizontal push and strength shooting,special speed endurance and defensive footsteps,special speed endurance and comprehensive dribble breakthrough 22 projects,and the Shandong team has a step of jumping and touching the high ability and the defensive footsteps.There is no coordination between the ability of inter and heavy push and the ability to shoot the basket,the ability of special speed endurance and the ability to move the defensive footsteps,the ability of special speed endurance and the ability of the comprehensive dribble to break the basket.4.Shandong team's physical improvement strategies are: to develop the springing force of the lower limbs and the muscle strength of the upper limbs;the rational distribution of the strength training ratio of the upper and lower limbs;and to develop the athletes' special speed endurance.5.The technical improvement strategies of Shandong team are: strengthening the skill of the athletes shooting;strengthening the training of the footstep mobility;combining with the actual combat to carry out integrated dribble training and quick stop catching the ball.6.The improvement strategies of the coordinated development of Shandong team's physical ability and technology are as follows: strengthening the strength and endurance training of the upper limb to improve the ability of the athletes to shoot in strength,strengthening the training of the outbreaks and endurance qualities of the lower extremities to improve the athletes' defensive footsteps,and strengthening the endurance quality training to improve the athletes' comprehensive dribbling to breakthe upper basket.Strengthen the training of dribbling and footwork to improve the ability of players to hold the ball and break the lay.
