A Multi-Case Study On Career Development Of High-Skill Labor

High-skill labor is the Important force to promote technology innovation and the reality of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.For an enterprise, it is not only required that workers stay on the basic skills, but also to progress with the enterprise’s survival and development of solidarity. the key factor to obtain competitive advantage. Attention to them, not just the background of the construction needs of skilled personnel, also to satisfy their needs and the take humanistic care to them.This paper aims to show how they grow into a high skill labor, how they understand the relationship between training and self development, how to solve the problem in this process, through three different development road of skilled talents, From the perspective of their own to assess the high-skill labor’s cultivation and development mode.Detailed introduced in this paper, the fourth chapter, the development of three skills, extract the career development key events and characters in the text, the development and training situation and future planning three themes, separately, narration interspersed with comments, added to highlight the key point for everyone.chapter 4 and chapter 5 is the focus part of this article, this research focus on problems were discussed respectively, and to clarify the difficulties they encountered in the process of development, and how they deal with. Try their respective statements on the basis of conformity in chapter6, the paper points out that they can overcome the difficulties in career development, positioning is benefited from the following aspects: Companies and countries build platform for personal development to provide strong support. their proactive personality is the internal cause, willingness to promote self-directed learning in the formation of self-directed learning is the main way, make up for the difficulty of insufficient resources, guides the entire process of learning and development, to get help from the significant others, actively seek the development of the resources. Will the ascension of self-directed learning ability in innovation into innovative ability of thought and action, the innovation ability of ascension also makes them constantly have to find new requirements in the self improvement.Finally based on the study, put forward some Suggestions, which is the reflection of their feeling and actual needs.
