The labor relation is one of the most basic relations of economic society.The healthy and harmonious labor relation will promote the orderly development of the economic society.In China,with the transformation of the economic structure,the transformation of government functions,and the development of science and technology,the issue of labor relation is becoming increasingly prominent,and the management of labor relation is facing difficulties and challenges.The construction of harmonious and healthy labor relation is of great significance to the sustainable development of China's economy and the construction of a harmonious society and is an urgent problem to be solved at current stage.State-owned enterprises hold the lifeblood of the national economy,the construction of harmonious labor relation has practical significance and can effectively cultivate harmonious atmosphere for better labor relation.This paper takes the labor relation of company Y as the research object,analyzes and studies the problems existing in the labor relation of company Y by using methods of literature review,interview,questionnaire and so on,and proposes solutions to the problems as well.This essay argued several problems found in the labor relation of company Y,such as the labor dispute mediation mechanism is not perfect,the career planning of employees needs to be improved,the positive role of trade union is not fully played,the importance of employees' right to speak is insufficient,and the labor protection and working environment need to be improved.Based on the relevant theories of labor relations and combining with the reality of company Y,this paper put forward strategies and suggestion which are efficient to build harmonious labor relation.It is necessary to attach great importance to the harmonious labor relation,keep on perfecting labor dispute processing mechanism,complete the employee career development plans,give full play to the role of the party organization and trade union,respect employees' right to speak,and improve the stress management.Hopefully these suggestions will help enterprises to establish harmonious and stable labor relation,as well as helping enterprises to operate and develop normally and efficiently.
