In the era of knowledge and information technology, the rapid development of countries around the world have attached great importance to the development of science and information technology, the development of science and technology has increasingly become a decisive factor in the competition of comprehensive national strength of all countries in the world. Education is the basis for the development of science and technology and the premise is to ensure that scientific and technological personnel, and schools for the training of personnel plays a dominant role, therefore, the comprehensive quality of teachers is becoming increasingly important, especially to improve the humanities science teachers is particularly important.I mainly study the Changsha City high school science teacher humanities, take literature research, scale analysis, questionnaires and interviews Changsha City high school science teachers of humanities research status, lack of research, science teachers are given to improve the humanities suggestions.I divided into five parts. The first part is an introduction, mainly on the research background, review, research and the relevant concepts defined.Part II: Scale and a questionnaire survey of Changsha City high school science teachers humanities formulation and analysis.Part III: The number of Changsha City, physics、chemistry、biology teacher sample interviews, interviews were analyzed.Part IV: draw conclusions and recommendations.Part V: Conclusion.The results show that: 1, the humanities quality of the general middle school science teachers in Changsha need to be further improved. 2, the Changsha science middle school teachers in the humanities knowledge, humanities thought, humanities spirit, humanities method and so on exist the difference. Questionnaire survey from the point of view, middle school science teachers in humanistic knowledge score rate of more than 70%, the score of the seniority of the male teachers were significantly higher than teaching senority is short of teachers. Secondary school science teachers in terms of human thought, before the new class reform have a certain degree of change, establish a conception and social adaptation of the right people, values and world outlook and education for students to active role in guiding. Secondary school teachers in humanistic spirit has gradually from survival concern stage to concern situation stage, some of the seniority of the teachers has come to pay attention to student’s stage, really do to pay attention to student’s development for this stage, often at this stage of the teacher’s occupational happiness sense is very strong. Middle school science teachers in humanistic method has a careful thinking, rigorous logic in teaching, the contradiction between students and teachers can do when emtional. Middle school science teachers in the scientific view, about 90% of the teachers agree with the scientific concept of constructivism, but there is no time to better practice the scientific concept of constructivism.
