In the background of economic and technology quickly developing,varies of ideas,theories and doctrines well fusing,the world culture begins to be a new one.It is great time for our country to learn from others’.Under the reform and open policy background, our country’s special musical education have realized some success.However,no matter what in musical or educational field,special musical education obviously received little attention.Facing 14,000,000 special children in our country,how can we set up their musical classes,how can we training their musical teachers both are important issue we should pay attention on.Lack of complete mode,related theory research,and practices in our country’s special musical teachers training,especially compared with developed countries.This paper apply literature search,material analysis,survey method,interview method and experience summary to research this problem.Besides,this paper also seach for modes of special musical teachers in our country or overseas.For example,we went to Changsha special educational school and QiZhi school in FuoShan,Guangdong,interviewing for relative teachers,knowing about jobs in special educational school.Obviously,there are a lot of shortages in special musical education in our country.Compared with our country’s special musical education with that of other countries,learned from other countries advanced teachers training mode,we try to discuss better methods for special musical education in China.This paper composed of four parts, the first part introduces research importance and background,making sure thoughts,presenting the value of the research.The second part tells what is special musical educational subject,the relationship of special musical education and ordinary education,and makes sure objects of special musical education.What’s more,this paper also introduces musical treatment’s help for special groups and why does special musical subject be so important in special education.The third part reviews modes and methods of special musical education in our country,knowing about set up of special classes,teaching contend,teaching planning and key points in our country.Besides, compared with other countries advanced teachers’ training modes,this paper states shortages of special musical education in our country.The forth part is the key point.Author make a presentation of special musical educational teachers’ training modes,export of teachers,educational background level,continuing education and pre-career education,based on shortages of special musical educational teachers in our country and advanced training modes from other countries.Last part analyses infactors of special musical teachers traning in macro aspect,believing special musical education would have bright future with all the people’s work.
