As a part of special education,special music education has a positive effect on the psychological rehabilitation,intellectual development and the improvement of the coordination ability of the special children.Special music education aims to use music to help special children build interpersonal relationships and develop social communication skills,build self-confidence and help overcome frustrated emotions;use music to treat children's emotional disorders and use various forms of music experience to help them foster an optimistic and positive attitude in their study and life.Therefore,more and more music educators devote themselves to the special music education industry.However,since the special music education system in China has been gradually established from the reform and opening up,the 30 years ago is not enough to compare with the special music education in the developed countries,so there are still many deficiencies in the education foundation and the imperfect education system.In view of this phenomenon,as a music educator,we hope to contribute to the special music education in our hometown.This research takes three special education schools in Changzhou as the research object,and investigates the current situation of music education in three schools by means of scientific investigation methods.The findings of the survey were analyzed,and the problems of special music education in the region were found.The reasons for the corresponding problems were analyzed and solutions were put forward.In order to attract the attention of the Education Department of Changzhou to special music education,and to overcome the problems appearing together,it will promote the development of the theory and practice of special music education in Changzhou.At the same time,it will provide some reference for the study of special music education in China.This article is composed of the introduction,the four chapter and the conclusion.The preface discusses the reasons and significance of the topic selection,the related research summary,the definition of the concept and the research methods and ideas at home and abroad.The first chapter conducts a field survey of three special education schools in Changzhou,including the status of teachers' teachers,music curriculum,music extracurricular activities,and the state of school and the government on the input of music teaching.The second chapter summarizes the problems existing in the school of music teaching,teachers,government departments and schools on special music education,and makes an analysis of these problems.The third chapter,based on the previous two chapters,puts forward corresponding solutions to the problems existing in three special schools in music education.The fourth chapter is the main point of the thesis,replaces the current special music education goal,and puts forward two theoretical ideas about the special music education in China.On the basis of this,it puts forward the preliminary construction of the special music education in Changzhou in the aspects of teaching organization,teacher training,curriculum setting and teaching methods.
