Objectice: This study is based on the characteristics of Chinese characters, on the basis of the previous reading test preparation tool, using IRT theory prepared three sets against 3--4 grade single word reading test and one-term project to establish a standardized database for students with a single term evaluation tools to provide effective, standardized raw material for future Chinese reading and dyslexia research. Methods: For this study, first by former Chinese Characters and the study of cognitive processing of Chinese characters, from primary school textbooks in Chinese characters by voice, structure, meaning and summarized frequency of use; secondly student learning process common in everyday terms error collected and summarized, for language teachers were interviewed, completed under the guidance of project preparation. Finally, the individual Measurement and formal test, based on data analysis of projects screened or amended. In this study, a total of form A, B, C three parallel Subjects to the title of the project is 108,102 and 103 respectively. Formal test sample extraction of Changsha urban and rural areas of 6 3- Grade 4 students received a total of 1067 valid samples. Among them, the third and fourth grade respectively 596 and 471 boys and 556 girls 511.Results: 1.According to classical test theory, item difficulty of the three questions in this quiz the overall bias is easy, test difficulty between 0.5-1 percentage was 76.8%. Discrimination index of three test projects can still, 56% of discernment index ≥0.2 project the total number of projects.2. Exploratory factor analysis, ratio of the first three tests of eigenvalues and second feature values close to or greater than 3, show three parallel tests are in line with IRT theory assumes that the one-dimensional assumptions. 3.Three-parameter model parameter b difficulty 3. The individual items in the [-5.429,4] between, in which between [3,3] The number of projects was 260, 83% of the total project, which [-3 74%] between 0 and average difficulty factor of three tests between [-1.155--0.484]. Overall, three sets of test bias easy overall project; a project discrimination in [0.296,2.608] between, where a 88.5% 0.5 projects≧ total projects, with an average of three tests to distinguish [0.817,0.915] among which discrimination is good; the project speculation coefficient c in [0.096,0.492] between, where 92% c≤0.4 project total project, the average guess coefficient three tests in [0.297,0.321].Item characteristic curve peaks left and difficulty parameters showed that the most difficult project of partial Easy.4..A, B, C three versions of the test information on the maximum function value between 16.32-28.20, high test reliability.5. confirmatory factor analysis through the analysis of construct validity, prove that the scale and structure of the study, like the previous frame, and a variety of fit index are in line with indicators of psychological measurement. 6. take the form of external anchor, use RUMM software ABC three parallel volumes were equivalent. Conclusions: 1.Excellent quality of the project and the title of the three tests of reliability and validity good.2With external anchor design, three papers were the equivalent of ABC.3.Establish a standardized 3--4 Grade reading test scales for future Chinese reading and dyslexia research to provide effective, standardized materials.
