Objective: From the perspective of functional morphology, with the scientific measurement and evaluation of sports technology, explore the differences effects of the three small ball movement on the dominant side of the body and the non-dominant side, Make some reasonable suggestions based on the findings, releasing the fitness doubts about the Single Handheld exercise, and aims to provide the basis for scientific sports training and fitness direction. Methods: using literature, measurement, observation, mathematical statistics methods, the indicators of dominant side and the non-dominant side are measured, compared and analyzed between 18-21 year old athletes(the three small balls) and ordinary. The indicators include body Shape, strength, reaction time, body composition, bone development.conclusions:1. Three small ball movement has a significant influence on the difference between the dominant side of the body and the non-dominant side, the significant indicators include Girth(biceps circumference、least forearm circumference)、Grip、Simple reaction time、Muscle content、Fat ratio. At the indicator of motor reaction time of the body and the non-dominant side, table tennis and badminton have significant differences, Differences between the two sides of tennis players do not have significant.2. Three small ball movement has no significant influence on the difference between the dominant side of the body and the non-dominant side, the indicators include length(upper limb length, arm length, forearm length, hand length) and fat content.3. Three small ball movement has a significant influence concentrated in the trunk bone between the dominant side of the body and the non-dominant side. There are different degrees of scoliosis problem on athletes. The dominant side of athletes has thicker arm bones and closer trabecular bone, but there is no significant difference in appearance.
