Network can be the paradise of the human society, but also can be a hell in the human. It’s like a "double-edged sword", while brings unprecedented convenience, its negative influence also follow to emerge. For college students, the dual function of network is more clearly. There is a huge mismatch between college students’ psychological preparation and the rapid development of network technology. The dislocation brought great confusion to undergraduates. Some students are good at using the resources of the network of globalization to promote self-growth, while some students are too dependent on the network to lose themselves. Internet addiction tendency is one of the current confusion college students are facing in the process of using the network.The IT elites are committed to develop network potential technologies, at the same time, psychologists, educators, social workers are discussed how to reduce or eliminate the quantity of the students who indulged in the network. Internet addiction has become a worldwide social problem, for tens of thousands of college students with internet addiction disorder, their social function was seriously damaged. At present, more and more college students with Internet addiction tendencies, as the relevant personnel in the field of education, what we can do is to guide students to use the Internet reasonably, and prevent the students who has a tendency to Internet addiction turn to be Internet addiction disorder, so as to reduce the number of addicts. " Wise men prevent the disasters before the signs", therefore to prevent and solve the question of Internet addiction tendency is around the corner, which is not only to help college students personal, is also in the maintenance of social stability.This article is divided into three parts on the tendency and preventions of college students’ Internet addiction.The first part briefly discusses the general overview of the college students’ Internet addiction tendency. With the connotation of college students’ Internet addiction tendency as the breakthrough point, this paper analyzes the characteristics of college students’ Internet addiction tendency, forming conditions, the judgment standard and the dangers of Internet addiction tendency for college students.The second part mainly expounds the present situation and causes of college students’ Internet addiction tendency, using a questionnaire on college students’ Internet addiction tendency, to analyze the specific construction form and the root of college students’ Internet addiction tendency.The third part is the focus of the full text, further discusses the college students’ Internet addiction tendency of preventive countermeasures. I put forward four concrete countermeasures to help college students, for example setting up the correct outlook on life and values, attaching great importance to college students’ psychological needs and solving their psychological problems, improving the pertinence of ideological and political education network, and optimizing the circle of the college students’ group.
