In the rapid development of science and the information age, promoting students’ self-regulated learning ability is not only a great goal, but also an important way to promote the development of career. The combination of self-regulated learning and lifelong learning is an important research topic in the field of education that.When a new technology is introduced in the field of education, it is necessary to study how to use this technology in the education teaching activities, and what meaning and value of this technology have in the developing of education or teaching activities. This creates a research perspective of how to use the technical support to promote learners’ self-regulated learning efficiency.This research aims to design a framework based on Articulate Storyline which integrate through the analysis of the constituent elements and the characteristics of self-regulated learning activities and the functions and characteristics of the Articulate Storyline. This framework contains two types of self-regulated learning activity, one is the independently self-regulated learning and the other is the collaborative self-regulated learning activities.Then the teacher regards the curriculum which named Introduction to Educational Technology as content to design self-regulated learning activities under the guide of the design framework.Importantly,the teacher use Articulate Storyline to solve the problems in traditional self-regulated learning activities such as the lack of emotional interaction and efficient guide and instant evaluation.This research aims to get a good result from this study that the technology(Articulate Storyline) have a important role in promoting students` self-regulated learning. The research also aims to provide some reference for the teacher who study the technology used in the self-regulated learning activities.
