In the rapid development of science and technology in today’s society, more and more high to the requirement of geometry, the geometric structure of space thinking ability is essential in many fields. Teaching of primary and secondary schools as the cradle of talent training, and constantly strengthen and develop the geometry teaching system. As Europe and the United States, Russia, Japan and other countries will be included in primary school textbooks, dynamic geometry of our country in 2010 the geometry of the new course standard of sports also attaches great importance to. "Graphics and transform" part of the teaching, become an important part of the elementary school mathematics.Piaget geometric development theory, this study Fan Xier geometric cognitive theory and teaching theory as the foundation, conduct the thorough research to the rationality of teaching elementary school. In two different representative testing was conducted in two primary school pupils, a large number of data statistics, analysis the students master the knowledge level of understanding, graphics and transformation in order to perfect this part of the teaching theory. The author through to the Beijing normal university version to the publication of the two kinds of mainstream people’s education teaching material contrast, found a lot of difference things, apparently in the teaching focus, worth studying differences of teaching order, and the reasonable optimization of teaching materials. The author hope this study can make contributions to our country’s basic education render some of his own.Through the study of this article the author got the following main conclusions:A:on the whole from two to six grade elementary student’s "graphics and transform" level of understanding the main conclusions are as follows:1 with the increase of age, the "graphics and transform" the understanding of knowledge, the more there are mainly three phase in the development of knowledge Stage a second-grade:most of the students in a geometric cognitive level 0. a few at level 1.Phase two primary school is grade three to five:most of the students in the stage of geometric cognitive level of level 1, less in the phase of level 0 and level 2 students. Stage three elementary school sixth grade:students main stage of development to the level of geometric cognitive level 2.2 men’s and women’s gender difference, lead to the understanding level difference was not significant.Grade3 with the level of students also slightly different. And the lower grade level difference, the greater the difference of the elementary school higher grades.Two:"graphics and transform" main part three specific conclusions: 1 translation on the elementary understanding of the best, followed by symmetry, rotating the most complex problem.2 and translational symmetry problem is more intuitive. a primary school student in grade two, three, four are good understanding and acquisition. More than three rotation problem covers translation in it, not easy to understand, suitable for grade five began to learn, integrated application of sixth grade.
