Aesthetic education is the most important part of quality-oriented education. Any education that overlooks this part cannot be viewed integrated. Aesthetics education highlights the ‘people-oriented’ feature of modern education; therefore it ought to run through every step of schooling.The current research reveals the diversification of aesthetics education in schooling; furthermore it also embodies the importance as well as the value of biology in humanistic quality-oriented education. This dissertation first introduces the research background of aesthetics education both at home and abroad and then the core concepts of aesthetics and aesthetics education, which forms the basis of extracting the inherent aesthetic elements in biology and analyzing both implicit and explicit value of aesthetics education in the biology textbooks of junior high school that are published by People’s Education Press; then it illuminates the basic principles of infiltrating aesthetics education in biology teaching at junior-high-school stage and puts forward the strategies of implementing aesthetics education; the last part is to show the systematic application of the above strategies through the design of classroom teaching and practical activities.Aesthetics education shapes and guides the development of personality and character of students at junior high schools. It complements each other with traditional moral education and together they demonstrate the core value of quality-oriented education. Combined with the characteristics of biological research in the law of life, the infiltration of aesthetics education in teaching enables students to perceive the beauty of life, nature, science and personality and hence help them to be optimistic and positive, to love life and to protect the nature.
