Research On The Transformation Of Ideological And Political Education Discourse Expression In University Since The16th National Party Congress

Discourse, as a symbol of conveying one’s thought, has played an important role in common communication. Ideological and political education discourse is a kind of discourse structure system formed in theory and practice to realize the specific purpose of ideological and political education. It needs certain form of expression and changes depending on the discourse content and object of education, and this is the ideological and political education discourse expression. Through the reasonable use of discourse expression, the function of ideological and political education discourse can reach to the maximum. Since the reform and opening-up, ideological and political education discourse expression in our country gradually has turned to the normal and rational. But in a long period after that, the ideological and political education discourse still takes the infusion and propaganda as the main expression forms, and lack of the relation with actual life, humanity care and new communication carrier, which affects the actual effect of ideological and political education. In 2002, the 16 th National Party Congress promulgated some policy implementation about university students’ ideological and political education, which makes the ideological and political education into the leapfrog development stage, and also promotes the rapid development of ideological and political education discourse expression. In the current critical period of social transformation and reform, it is imperative to update the discourse expression of academic ideological and political education under the condition that the environment of ideological and political education changes a lot. It is of theoretical and practical significance to develop effective ideological and political education expression in universities.This paper considers the transformation of the ideological and political education discourse expression since the 16 th National Party Congress as the research object. The first part puts forward the background and significance of ideological and political education discourse expression, and make prospect on the framework of this research. The second part elaborates some basic concepts and gives the definition of discourse, ideological and political education discourse and discourse expression, and investigates the functions of ideological and political education discourse and the actual role in education activities, and analyzes the main expression of the ideological and political education discourse before the 16 th National Party Congress. The third part mainly analyzes the factors influencing the transformation of ideological and political education discourse expression since the 16 th National Party Congress, including the discomfort of university ideological and political education discourse expression in the class, the enhancement of student subjective consciousness, the decrease of teacher’s discourse power, and the demand of telling “China story” in current situation, and enlightenment by foreign ideological and political education discourse expression. The fourth part studies several transformation trends of the ideological and political education discourse, including approaching life to tell the truth, serving the society to say common words, keeping pace with the times to say the new words. The last part discusses the transformation ways and suggestions of discourse expression for academic ideological and political education workers at the present age, such as enhancing communication and allowing students to speak, advocating personality and optimizing teachers’ charm, following the time and making good use of network language, which are expected to enhance the attraction and influence of ideological and political education discourse and promote the comprehensive development of the students’ knowledge level and values.
