The Research On Nanning College For Vocational Technology’s Class Performance Management’s Full Process Control

Class management is an activity that teachers lead students to achieve the educational aims through some certain measures. Currently the baby-sister mode is very popular with colleges for their class management. The disadvantages of this mode are as follows:students rely too much on the instructors, which are not good for the development of their independence and initiative; on the other hand, instructors are busy with these trifling matters so that they don’t have time to research on the class management and enhance their knowledge and ability of academic research. All these disadvantages are caused by the lack of a management system which based on the performance management to evaluate the effect of class management, students’ performance and instructors’job performance. This thesis researches on how to build a new class management system that based on performance management; it would be a multi-functional mode including encouragement, communication, evaluation and feedback, and it can evaluate the quality and effect of class management equally, which result in a same aim for individual student and the class for their common development, The thesis takes school of Architecture & Engineering of Nanning College for Vocational and Technology for example, researching on the project of its class performance management, analyzing class performance management’s planning, implementing, accessing and feedback by the theory of project quality control, building a model for the whole process control of class performance management, finding out the problems and making analysis problems for effective advices, searching for a set of evaluation system and operational pattern to serve as the reference for the class management’s revolution.
