The Intervention Of Social Workers Into Urban Floating Children’s Communication Integration

In recent years, the floating population is increasing at a surprising pace due to the fact that the fast development of economy in urban areas demands and attracts an increasing number of labors. Following behind the parents, the floating children come to the urban areas and feel that everything is confused and unfamiliar. They are in a dilemma,which are curious about the colorful city but at the same time have no idea of what to do.This sort of situation leads to a series of negligible problems in their life. While, among which the most significant is the integration of the communication. Social communication is the most elementary unit with whose integration will have a directly influence on the integration of floating children’s communication. It is of great significant for the new-to-city children who are ready to get educated and begin a new life. A sound social integration will help the children to build the sense of trust to the soundings, which will contribute to a better communication with the others. This will be meaningful for the healthily growth of the children. From the angle of social work, this paper will based on the floating children and apply the professional social work theory and practice to discuss the issue of Urban floating children’s communication integration in a micro perspective.This paper aims to help the children willing and able to be one of the communication and get better integration of the society and communication.
