Educational knowledge of teacher refers to the knowledge of pedagogy and psychology knowledge on teachers engaged in teaching process,it’s an important part of teachers’ knowledge structure.Educational knowledge is the basis and premise for conducting educational activities and also an important guarantee of successful teaching.On February 10, 2012, the ministry of education “about print and distribute middle school teachers’ professional standard(trial) notification”.In the standard, “educational knowledge” was separately put forward as an important content. Nevertheless, domestic special theory of “educational knowledge” is still less, empirical research is very few. Educational knowledge is firstly a practical knowledge,with strong humanistic character,it need urgently researchers improve its study from a practical point of view.Research ideas in this paper is based on the six dimensions of “educational knowledge” in the “middle school teachers’ professional standard(trial)”. This research mainly use questionnaire investigation, assisted by literature research method and choose the junior high school teachers from the Daqing city of Heilongjiang province as the research object. The paper contrast seven variables like the gender, age, educational background, teaching age, subject, whether as head teacher and whether having administrative posts, and focuse on analyzing the independent variables having significant difference to explore specific situation for junior high school teachers’ understanding and application level of educational knowledge.In this final,the author put forward suggestions to solve the problem of difference.Through the investigation and analysis, the author found that:The junior high school teachers’ understanding level of “educational knowledge” in the middle school teachers’ professional standards is generally good; Junior high school teacher is worst on understanding of “educational psychology” than other dimensions;Mathematics teachers’ understanding level of “education principle” is significantly higher than the other subject teachers;There are differences in understanding level of educational knowledge between head teacher and teacher.The junior high school teachers’ application of “educational knowledge” in the middle school teachers’ professional standards is generally good;Junior high school teacher is worst on application of “educational psychology” than other dimensions;Junior high school teacher of different ages have some differences in application of educational knowledge;The educational knowledge application degree of junior high school teacher of different seniority is different;There are significant differences for application of educational knowledge between the head teacher and teacher.According to the present situation and the problems,paper finally puts forward four suggestions to promote the development of teachers’ educational knowledge: first, our school should establish a reasonable evaluation system about teachers’ educational knowledge; Second, the relevant administrative departments of teacher training should be targeted, such as strengthening “the young teachers’ guidance” and “knowledge and skills training in educational psychology” and so on; Third, the school should encourage teacher and expert to cooperate in the task research of “educational knowledge”; Finally, teacher should continually reflect for myself, especially newly hired young teacher.
